When real estate is let, Vastgoedbeheer Rotterdam will take care of the recruitment of new candidates and test prospective tenants against certain selection criteria imposed by the client. Draw up rental contracts on the basis of a model agreement and send a signed copy to the client.
- The recruitment of candidates;
- Supervising the (prospective) tenant when viewing the object to be rented;
- Making (written) offers of the real estate to be rented to the eligible candidates;
- Providing the client with a copy of the rental agreement signed by the parties, insofar as desired;
- Inspecting the immovable property, as well as (letting) stories of damage and / or missing items on the former tenants;
- Advising the client in relation to publication actions such as placing rental-supporting advertisements and the like.
- Periodically reporting to the client on the progress of the leasing work, if necessary advising on measures to be taken in case of structural vacancy;
