Financial and Administrative management

Property management will take care of the monthly rental collection for the client and for any additional financial settlement. By means of a management system, we can properly register the monthly rent payments and signal rent arrears on time. In the event of late payment we will take care of sending reminders and if this proves necessary, a bailiff will be called in on time to limit further delays as much as possible.

- The monthly settlement of the rental account, the client will authorize the administrator to view the bank account (s);

- The administration of the service and energy costs and the annual production of the settlement with the tenants of the actual costs in respect of deliveries and services and the advance payments paid by the tenants;

- Monitoring the timely payment of the lease receivables, the registration and the processing of the rental amounts, including the possible compensation or advance amounts for service and energy costs, or reminders concerning overdue (rental) amounts, as well as the possible use of a collection agency or a bailiff to take legal measures;

- Creating and maintaining an administration in the service of responsible management;

- In case of termination of the rental agreement, the tenant is liable for any damage, damage and / or loss, set off against any deposit payments and bank guarantees provided;

- Furthermore, in general the performance of all those administrative activities deemed to be desirable or necessary in the context of sound management;

- The manager periodically reports to the client on any rent arrears
