We strive to process your repair request as quickly as possible, but this also depends on the urgency of your request and other requests that arrive at the same time. We always strive to contact you within 24 hours of your notification.

HANDLING REPAIR OR DAMAGE REQUEST
Before the request is issued to a maintenance company, it is first checked whether the request is for the account of the tenant or landlord. If the tenant himself is responsible for the repair, this can of course run through Vastgoedbeheer Rotterdam, of course the bill is then for the tenant.
No rights can be derived from this overview including the appendices, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each tenant can have made other arrangements with a landlord regarding maintenance, notifications and the handling.
