MORE LIVING PLEASURE

MORE LIVING PLEASURE

Avoid inconvenience
In order to guarantee the living pleasure of every tenant, each resident must reflect on their own living behavior. Resolving nuisance is very important, of course the prevention of nuisance is even more important. Here you can observe the following points.

Keep it neat
Below is a summary of a number of important points:
- Does not place items such as bicycles, strollers and trash bags etc. in the common room (s).
- Do not use your garden, balcony or terrace as a storage place. Certainly not in the case of residual waste, this attracts vermin.
- Make sure that there is no (unwanted) mail or advertising in the common room (s), take it with you or throw it away in a designated waste bin.
- Do not throw food left over the balcony, out of the window or in your garden.
- For no birds or other living creatures, if you do this they will no longer search for food and come back again and again. The birds leave feces behind and this attracts rats and mice.

Keep in mind with your neighbors
Below is a summary of a number of important points:
- Make sure that the sound of your TV, radio or music system is not too loud and the windows closed if you want to have your music turned on. Do not place your sound system near the window or outside (balcony or garden).
- Ensure a good sound-absorbing surface if you want to install a hard (laminate, parquet or tiled) floor covering.
- Try to take your neighbors into account when walking through the house, this can be done by using soft footwear.
- Provide a draft strip or felt in the frame frames of the windows and doors.
- If admitted, check whether your pets cause no (noise) nuisance, especially if the pet is left alone in the home.

Make appointments
Below is a summary of a number of important points:
- Warn the neighbors when you are going to give a party, try to indicate this well in advance.
- Warn the neighbors if a noisy job needs to be carried out; you can think of drilling or carpentry and job only between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm.
- Please look out for barbecues, footballs and parties in your own garden and in a communal garden or grounds. You can damage the properties of others, make clear agreements with your neighbors.

Garden maintenance
A garden brings with it obligations, if your living space is equipped with a garden then in the rental agreement it is agreed that you will take care of the maintenance of the garden so that it makes a well-kept impression. How you arrange your garden, you decide for yourself. To show the garden well cared for, you can observe the following points:
- Clean: the garden smells fresh and does not attract vermin.
- Cared for: Garden partition and tiles look neat. For example, there are no fences through the garden.
- Safe: Overhanging branches must be pruned and subsidence must not be a danger to local residents.
